Visiting Ancillary Services was founded in April 2010, as a 501(c) 3 Non-Profit Charity, and we provide full-service programs to over 120 facilities. We deliver the finest outreach programs to residents, and we believe each resident should leave us with a smile and a happy demeanor.
Job Summary: This is a newly created position with two distinctive areas. The first will be dental billing and the second will be processing bi-weekly payroll. The ideal candidate must possess critical thinking skills, the ability to priortize tasks and be very detailed oriented.
Major Duties & Responsibilities: Billing
- Obtaining pre-authorizations as required
- Ensures accurate billing, timely submission of electronic and/or paper claims
- Monitors claim status, researches rejection and denials
- Makes sure that all notes, payments are in the correct account
- Follow up on delinquent claims and past due invoices
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience with Denticon is a plus
Major Duties & Responsibilities: Payroll
- Correct time card errors
- Validate mileage
- Submit payroll
- Other duties as assigned
