Gifford Health Care is seeking a Director of Ancillary Services to work in our Randolph, VT location. This position coordinates and directs all aspects of ancillary services including laboratory, diagnostic imaging, nuclear medicine, interventional radiology, respiratory therapy, EEG, cardiopulmonary and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and echocardiography.
The Director of Ancillary Services will ensure established policies, procedures and documentation are preformed and are meeting compliance and regulatory agency safety policies. This position will work closely with their senior leader to develop and manage efficient and effective patient flow systems, achieving financial and operational targets and coordinating services across the continuum.
The successful candidate will excel in rigorous analysis, using logic and proven methodology to solve problems with effective solutions. Ability to lead teams, delegate and communicate effectively are fundamental to the role.
