Sunset Rentals is looking for an experienced Customer Resolution Manager. A serious self-starter with significant tenure in a related hospitality field can help take this position and the business to the next level.
The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for owning the guest experience. Working closely with all departments, this role will identify areas of improvement that will ensure that our guests and owners have an outstanding vacation rental experience. In addition, this person will be responsible for the successful resolution of all escalated guest concerns.
This a Management level position, requiring a minimum of five years of experience in hospitality, with at least three years in a prior management role.
You will be directly responsible for improving the guest experience by helping to prevent issues before guest arrival and will own the guest resolution process. This role will create policies and procedures that influence the success of the business- both reputationally and financially.
Candidates for this role must possess superior communication skills, be exceptionally well organized, and exhibit grace under pressure. The ability to de-escalate hot situations and provide outstanding resolution and follow-through is paramount to the success of this position.
