Position Summary:
The Director of Ancillary Services plans, directs and monitors all financial activities for the Laboratory, Radiology and Pharmacy departments and keeps the organization's CFO and management informed on the financial condition of the services. This position is responsible for the overall supervision of billing, submittal and collection of charges for services. Director of Ancillary Services participates in the decision-making processes necessary for the successful attainment of the organization's mission, in addition to maintaining an awareness of changes in healthcare matters that could have an impact on the success of CareSTL Health.
