Quality Improvement/Process Improvement Nurse - RN

We're seeking a dynamic Quality Improvement/Process Improvement Nurse to join our team and help us elevate the quality of care we deliver. This is an opportunity for an experienced nurse (think Assistant Director of Nursing or Director of Nursing looking for the next step) to grow your impact and expand your skillset. This position can be based anywhere in southern WV, but requires regular travel throughout the region. Travel expenses will be reimbursed by the company.

• Be the champion for positive change: Identify areas for improvement in our processes, patient care, and overall operations.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions: Think outside the box and use your expertise to craft data-driven strategies that make a tangible difference.
• Collaborate across disciplines: Partner with leadership, physicians, and other nurses to break down silos and achieve shared goals.
• Be the voice of quality: Facilitate open communication and navigate sometimes-challenging conversations to ensure everyone is on board.
• Analyze and measure success: Track the impact of your initiatives and use data to continuously refine your approach.
