The Quality Improvement Educator will be responsible for overseeing and managing the quality improvement process for the organization. This includes developing and implementing quality improvement plans, monitoring and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and working with staff to implement changes and improvements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality improvement, with experience in healthcare or a related field. They should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality improvement plans and initiatives
• Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement
• Work with staff to implement changes and improvements
• Provide training and support to staff on quality improvement processes
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards
• Collaborate with other departments to improve overall organizational performance
• Prepare reports and presentations on quality improvement initiatives and outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
• Registered Nursing License
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality improvement, preferably in healthcare
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with Kinnser/WellSky
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels of the organization
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards related to quality improvement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
