Head Nurse - Pediatrics jobs in Oregon

Southern Oregon Pediatrics is looking for an experienced, full time pediatric nurse to join our wonderful team with a potential for a supervisory role. We are a physician-owned, Tier 4 Certified Medical Home, outpatient pediatric clinic in the beautiful Rogue Valley of Southern Oregon, with 10 pediatricians and 2 Physician Assistants. We also have a dedicated Lactation Consultant, IBH Consultant team, and a Complex Care Management Nurse. We provide comprehensive care for children of all ages and needs, seven days per week. Our RN’s are a uniquely qualified team of leaders who deliver superb, trauma-informed medical care with compassion and professionalism. They work directly with patients and families, coordinate complex care, triage patient phone calls, supervise MA’s, and create clinical protocols and workflows that influence standards of care and contribute to quality improvement processes.

Job Type: Full-time position (would consider part time for the right candidate). Hourly pay starts @ $39.00/hour but depends on prior experience.
