The applicant should be a certified provider with a current Georgia license, have experience treating children and should be ready to start work within the next two months. Candidates who qualify should be able to work independently but be a team player. Provider responsibilities include sick and well child visits for patients from birth to twenty-one years of age, communicating with other healthcare staff in various institutions, reviewing laboratory results and referrals, writing letters on patients’ behalf, minor procedures, vaccinations and being supportive to other providers as the need arise.
