Summary
Position Summary: In collaboration with appropriate clinical personnel, participates in the coordination of clinical practice activities in the office through the development and implementation of educational and orientation programs and clinical problem solving. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the patient. Works in partnership with other staff members and physicians to proactively identify and provide for patient needs in accordance with LBH customer service standards and expectations, along with JCAHO standards and expectations. Serves as a liaison between the department and other health care professionals to ensure continuity of patient care.
