Head Nurse - Obstetrics jobs in Hammond, IN

• High School Diploma/GED required. CDA preferred.
• Experience working with preschool children required.
• Full Time 35 hours per week Monday-Friday 8-3:30 (3 weeks in July off for summer break).
• Benefits include extremely low cost medical/vision/dental insurance at only $40 per month for employee premium and up to $130 per month for full family coverage. PTO (Personal Time Off) accrues at 3.5 hours per payroll or 7 hours per month (begins after 30 days). Holiday pay (17 days throughout the whole year). The 5 day paid week at Christmas is included beginning after 90 days of hire.

Examples of job duties include supervising children, entering observations and other data online, working as a team, completing home visits with families. Monthly staff trainings occur also. Experience working with computers/Microsoft/internet required.

All positions must be able to pass a health exam, TB, criminal record check, and drug test.
