As an MDS Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the Minimum Data Set (MDS) process for our facility. This position requires a strong understanding of anatomy, medical documentation review, and care planning. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
