Revolution Industrial is looking for experienced Industrial Coating Painters/Sandblasters. This position performs industrial sandblasting and industrial coating application.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Working from various heights.
• Maintains a clean workspace and is responsible for shop cleaning.
• Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces.
• Preparing parts for paint, masking, cleaning, and hanging on rack.
• Finishing operations and packaging, paint touch up, part marking, etc.
• Prepare steel or other surfaces with primer or sandblasters
• Mask and tape surfaces before painting
• Spray-paint surfaces
• Ensure proper ventilation after paint is applied
• Read technical drawings to prepare and plan for painting
• Operate a forklift and overhead crane
• Removes burrs or excess metal from machined parts.
• Adherence to all company policies, procedures, external regulations and legal requirements.
