Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Golf Professional to join our team. As a Golf Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional golf instruction and customer service to our members and guests, as well as sell/coordinate golf outings and tournaments. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for golf and a desire to educate others.

Duties:
- Conduct individual and group golf lessons for players of all skill levels

- Create and manage schedules for pro-shop and outside service employees.

-Teach and manage Jr Golf programs

-Crate and manage tee-sheets to maximize revenue
- Develop personalized training programs to help golfers improve their game
- Lead sales and coordination of golf tournaments and events
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
-Merchandise our pro-shop. Potential for commission on items sold.
- Ensure the safety of players on the course and enforce golf course rules
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and equipment

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in the golf industry.

- Previous experience as a Golf Professional or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of golf rules, techniques, and equipment

- Experience in organizing and scoring golf tournaments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively educate and coach individuals of all ages and skill levels
- Must have reliable transportation

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
