Job Description

• The Assistant Golf Professional primarily interacts with members and guests, conscientiously tends to their golfing needs, and provides a memorable experience while ensuring that every step of their golfing experience runs as smoothly and is enjoyable as possible.   
• This individual also works closely with the outside Player Services staff and club administration to coordinate all golf related activities. 
• Promotes golf by teaching and conducting special clinics, and running club tournament events and leagues.
• Maintains a high profile with membership and guests and positively promotes the service philosophy of Chenal Country Club.
• Directly reports to the Head Golf Professional.

Compensation

• $40,000-$50,000
• Compensation Breakdown
  • $40,000 base, commensurate on experience
  • Potential $2,000 to $10,000 lesson and clinic income

Experience

The ideal candidate would be a PGA Member or active apprentice, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be a hard working professional looking to further his/her career.
