Plans and directs training of student athletes, and assesses individuals' abilities and skill level to determine appropriate team position. Being a Head Coach (Minor Sport) analyzes opposition team performance and capabilities and determines game strategy. Assists players in reaching highest athletic potential possible through athletic training and leadership skills. Additionally, Head Coach (Minor Sport) must be familiar with NCAA rules and regulations. Requires a bachelor's degree in the related area. Typically reports to a institutional officer. Head Coach (Minor Sport) is a specialist on complex technical and business matters. Work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group.     Among other thing, individuals in this role will:

    • Engage customers using the Coach Experience Service expectation and selling behaviors
    • Interact genuinely and naturally with the customer
    • Maintain accuracy when operating POS and adhere to Coach cash handling policy
    • Ensure accurate email/name and data capture where permitted by law
    • Ensure proper phone etiquette is upheld when answering store calls
    • Drive conversion through client engagement and omni selling techniques
    • Support back of house tasks as needed
    • Represent Coach brand appropriately
