The Head Start Preschool Program in Findlay is looking for Classroom Aides for the 2023-2024 school year. Classroom Aides assist the Lead and Assistant Teachers with developing, coordinating, and maintaining a comprehensive education program at the classroom level by Head Start Performance Standards, Child Care Licensing, and Agency policies, and procedures.

Overall Requirement: Must be sensitive to the needs of low-income individuals and able to work with individuals of all cultural backgrounds and ages. Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum Experience: One year working within a preschool facility.
Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, maintain state minimum amount of automobile liability insurance as well as the ability to meet and maintain all funding source requirements. Must be able to lift 75 pounds occasionally.
