    Perform a full range of Certified Athletic Trainer duties. All services performed shall fall within those guidelines established by the National Athletic Trainers Association, American College of Sports Medicine, and American Medical Society for Sports.

    • Provide evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunction including, but not limited to the following: progressive resistance exercise (PRE), open and closed chain kinetic exercises, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), manual therapy and joint mobilization, and a variety of modalities.
    • Provide treatment for soft tissue damage, acute and chronic dysfunction, post-surgical rehab, muscle atrophy, pain, overuse injuries, decreased circulation, and loss of strength or biomechanical.
    • Provide emergency first aid, evaluation, and treatment of injuries, and aid in preliminary diagnosis to include recognition of the severity of the injury, rendering initial treatment, and performing an initial evaluation.
    • Design and fabricate protective pads and equipment ,including the use of proper taping.
    • Possess experience with computerized injury-tracking programs and other software.
    • Possess and maintain a fitness level enough to participate in delivering physical training activities. The story of participation in these activities will be enough to gain a clear appreciation to identify possible causal injury factors in industrial athlete training.
