Records Keeping Administrator - Aviation:
Purpose: Expert records keeping skills and decision-making capabilities with a sense of accountability, is detailed oriented and has creative problem-solving skills. We work in a team environment and need someone who is goal and team focused.
Responsibilities:
The Technical Records Administrator is responsible to the Chief Inspector for the overall maintenance and secure storage of original aircraft technical and facility records, in accordance with Concord Jet Center (CJC) Policies & procedures and the FAA regulations.
· Ensure and maintain that all Tech Records activities are complied with in accordance with Federal Regulations and Company Policies and secure their storage.
· Ensure all accomplished scheduled maintenance, Airworthiness Directives (ADs), and Service Bulletins (SBs) are captured, updated, and maintained, in the relevant Aircraft/Engine Logbooks.
· Review flight logs and completed maintenance work packages for completeness and compliance with all required maintenance items.
· Receive and maintain Aircraft Delivery Records.
· Responsible for the accurate compilation of aircraft/repair station records and the identification, notification, and rectification of records discrepancies to ensure accurate recall of required information.
· Identify, mark, and store aircraft records in such a way to facilitate retrieval.
· Update all company’s maintenance information database and tracking systems and identify and filter out Repair Station records no longer required to be retained per regulations.
· Assemble completed work orders into presentable records packages for delivery to each customer.
· Regularly audit physical aircraft and engine records
· Interact with Customers, Vendors and Auditors to provide/receive all required documents and respond to all queries.
· Assist the Chief Inspector & Director of Maintenance to develop new processes and procedures and/or to implement changes to existing work processes and procedures to make them more efficient and effective.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position; however, it can be a part-time position for the right person and with at least 25 hours a week working 5 days in the week. Hours of work and days are generally Monday through Friday.
7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. These times may vary slightly.
