Established in 1960, we have over 60 years of experience helping our friends and neighbors complete their projects. If you join our company, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Retail Garden Center and Seasonal Departments (Clothing, workwear, boots, Gift Dept) at our Wellington location. We are offering an opportunity to prosper in a year-round position that will allow you to lead in both the Garden Center and in our Clothing/Gift departments. We have a long tenured GC/Seasonal manager who is one of the best in the business and you would be collaborating directly with her to continue our growth in these departments. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven leadership skills, a customer first mindset, and a passion for servant leadership.
