Your Team, Your Impact
As a hardware and silicon validation staff engineer at Marvell, you'll be helping to deliver custom silicon solutions for hyperscale data centers. This team defines test requirements, validates DFT, debugs ATE test patterns and ensures that products meet requirements across the application space and product lifetimes. This is a niche area at Marvell, working with cutting edge technologies used by many internal and external customers around the world.What You Can Expect
- Define experiments for debug of ATE test patterns
- Analyze test data for yield loss and systematics across temperature, process and voltage space
- Use data to inform future technology design for test methodology
- Write test specifications

What We're Looking For
.Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering, computer science or related engineering disciplines.
Expected Base Pay Range (USD)
101,900 - 150,850, $ per annumThe successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
