Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Marina Dock Hand. As a Dock Hand, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our marina. This is a hands-on position that requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to work in an outdoor environment.

Duties:
- Assist boaters and customers with docking and undocking their vessels
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting boaters and customers with any questions or concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the rental boats, marina docks and surrounding areas
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on dock equipment and facilities
- Assist with fueling boats and monitoring fuel levels
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner

Experience:
- Previous experience working in a marina or similar environment is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with boating equipment, dock lines, and knots is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
