Performs a variety of tasks including measuring, cutting, trimming, sorting, and folding materials to produce finished bound product. Being a Hand Bindery Worker may require a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. To be a Hand Bindery Worker typically requires 1-3 years of related experience. Power’s Inn and Pub serves everything from pub food to chef’s creations. The Barn at Power’s hosts weddings, retirements, and other events both buffet and full plated for over 100 people.
Current vacancy for kitchen hands. You must be able to work until 10 PM (Note that NYS law does not allow those under age 16 to work past 7 PM during the school year.) Part time and full time position available. Please indicate your availability with your application.
Kitchen hands wash dishes, stock inventories, clean floors and surfaces, shovel snow from walks, collect refuse and assist cooks with other tasks as needed. Kitchen hands can move on to become cooks-in-training then to line cook. Power's starts our kitchen hands at $16/hr.
