Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Farm Hand. As a Farm Hand, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the day-to-day operations of our farm. This position requires physical stamina, a love for the outdoors, and a willingness to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with general farm maintenance and upkeep

- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment

- Plant, cultivate, and harvest crops

- Maintain and care for livestock (cattle, sheep, goats, horses)

- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks as required

- Assist with animal handling and care

- Repair and maintain farm structures and fences

- Utilize power tools for various farming tasks

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:

- Previous experience working on a farm or in a similar agricultural setting is preferred

- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks

- Knowledge of farm machinery operation and maintenance

- Familiarity with greenhouse operations and plant care

- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment repair

- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions
