ALCO HVAC Plumbing & Gas of Fredericksburg, VA is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Installer - Service Technician to go into our clients' homes to thoroughly troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install their heating and cooling systems up to code. We offer competitive pay and benefits without the urban rat race! We work Monday - Friday with some on-call work. Most weekends are spent enjoying what our beautiful community has to offer. Our HVAC Installers - Service Technicians earn$18.00 to $35.00/hr based on experience. HVAC Technicians are also eligible for health insurance, dental insurance, sick leave, accrued paid time off (PTO), a take-home truck, a tool account, and uniforms. QUALIFICATIONS TO BE AN HVAC INSTALLER - SERVICE TECHNICIAN

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years or more of verifiable HVAC work experience
• EPA certification
• A valid driver's license and can qualify for company insurance policy
• Knowledge of the operations/functions of residential heating and air conditioning equipment
• Able and willing to work a flexible schedule (including weekends)

Five years of experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person! Do you know how to use a computer tablet, smartphone, read a map, and/or follow a GPS? Are you motivated to further your career as a skilled HVAC technician? Do you have the ability to accurately troubleshoot refrigerant, electrical, and duct systems? Can you complete all required documentation on services such as collecting, recording, and delivering fees to designated office administration?
