HVAC Distributors, Inc has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and collaborative Branch Warehouse Supervisor to join our inclusive team. This full-time Branch Warehouse Supervisor role is based in Jessup and offers a favorable salary and benefits package.

In the Branch Warehouse Supervisor role, you can expect to:

• Ensure Branch Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associates are performing all day-to-day shipping, receiving, and warehousing functions
• Ensure incoming delivery and transfer lines are received and put into warehouse locations within 24 hours
• Ensure all customer orders are picked, labeled, staged and loaded accurately and efficiently for customer pick-up or delivery
• Coordinate with internal co-workers and customers daily, local, and same-day deliveries to customer locations or job site.
• Ensure the efficient flow of materials between branch, CDC, and/or customer locations by coordinating and monitoring transfers, equipment and grooved or palleted duckboard deliveries. Schedules and coordinates with internal co-workers and customers daily, local, same-day deliveries to customer location or jobsite. 
• Ensure all deliveries are properly manifested and loaded into Innovo routing application and that all delivery drivers are utilizing the Inova application and provided tablets property to complete their daily routes.
• Monitor inventory for damage and root cause of damage.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed
• Be responsible for scheduling and overseeing branch equipment preventative maintenance
