HVAC Supervisor supervises and coordinates the operations, maintenance and service repairs on heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems. Oversees the installation of new units and replacement parts and ensures work is completed according to company, product, or engineering specifications and established safety guidelines. Being an HVAC Supervisor conducts quality testing and inspections. May authorize equipment, supplies, parts, or repairs purchases. Additionally, HVAC Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Requires an HVAC Mechanical State License and EPA Section 608 Certification (CFC). Typically reports to a manager. The HVAC Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an HVAC Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. **Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic Comfort Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by cultivating relationships with clients and promoting our products or services.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and cold calling
- Manage accounts by building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities and update customer information
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales goals
**Skills:**
- Proven experience in account management, HVAC sales, or related field
- Knowledge of Residential and Commercial HVAC Systems
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Knowledge of market trends and competition
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to thrive in an outside sales environment
