Pay: $38.50 - $60/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, repair, and/or propose replacement of chillers, cooling towers, package rooftops, walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-in coolers/freezers, water source heat pumps, split systems, boilers, controls, pumps, VAVs, etc.
• Service and startup equipment, and adjust to the manufacturers and job specification.
• Troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve/repair all issues that arise that would keep the equipment from functioning properly.
• Communicate to the client on the proper operation and owner’s maintenance of the installed equipment. Answer related questions as to operation, features, and functions to the client.
• Perform required documentation for each call, recording recommendations, repairs, accurate readings, and observations. Have client sign necessary paper work and collect payments as directed.

Top candidates will possess:

• Valid MA Refrigeration License (preferred but not required)
• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC and Refrigeration experience.
• A clean and neat professional appearance to represent our company.
• Good customer service and people skills as well as the ability to communicate with our customers effectively.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to problem solve and make quick decisions on the job.
• A clean criminal background check is required.
• A team player with a great work ethic and the ability and willingness to work overtime when necessary round out the ideal candidate.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record
• EPA Universal Certification
