Additionally, HRIS Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor.     Hudson Automotive Group is growing and is looking for an innovative and driven Director of HR Technology and Intranet to join our growing team. The Director of HR Technology and Intranet will be charged with partnering with both HR and IT leadership in creating processes and strategies to drive best-in-class HR service delivery for all employees. In particular the Director of HR Tech & Intranet will take an active role in directing the strategic planning, design, implementation, regulatory compliance, communication, and administration of all company-wide HR and employee facing (intranet) systems to ensure programs align with organizational objectives.

    • Proven leader with experience driving full lifecycle technology implementations from requirements gathering, planning, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience driving the adoption of innovative HR technology solutions to enhance efficiency, improve data-driven decision making and support the evolving needs of the business.
    • Experience owning the end-to-end implementation of HR/employee initiatives on Technology systems, from planning and requirements gathering to system configuration, coding, testing, training, change management and go-live.
    • Track record of partnering with both HR and IT leadership in creating processes and strategies to drive best-in-class HR service delivery for all employees.
    • Excellent communication skills.
