Position Summary
Under the direction and supervision of the Executive Director, the Client Relations Supervisor ensures that the organizational culture operates in an effective and productive way.
The CRS does this by working directly with every client, caregiver, and external connections to generate a tranquil flow of good communication through positivity and support.
The Company Relationship Supervisor is responsible for forming and maintaining connections with clients, caregivers, and external stakeholders to drive sales, promote company culture and loyalty.
The duties include meeting with clients, caregivers, external connections in-person to discuss new products and services, proactively resolving client issues and preserving relationships by communicating with other departments about maximizing client experiences.
The CRS will help to sustain your culture by continuously bringing everyone back to those foundational strategies by upholding our Core Values.
