Being a HRIS Supervisor monitors and improves data collection and reporting procedures for efficiency. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, HRIS Supervisor typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. Position Summary

This position provides day-to-day functional support for multiple comprehensive human resource information systems and is responsible for compiling data and conducting related analyses, ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing/analyzing and data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HR Systems Analyst will act as liaison between the HR team, Business areas and IT to provide support for our HR Systems. The HR Systems analyst will also provide training to end users and develop materials to support the end user.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance or related field, preferred.

License/Certifications: N/A

Experience: 2 years’ experience working with report writing, relational databases concepts, data management/analysis, project implementation planning. Lawson/Infor experience preferred. Experience with creating queries using multiple query tools with the ability to deliver concise, accurate reports and analysis through report writing and validation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with excellent Excel analytical skills

Strong customer service-orientation to help the business understand the systems and data available

Ability to work well in a team environment as well as be self-directed and work independently

Knowledge of HR processes and HR data.
