Peregrine Team is hiring an HRIS Analyst to support a top hospital in Orange County, CA. This is a long-term contract position with full benefits and competitive pay.
The schedule will be Monday - Friday, full-time, with the opportunity for a hybrid but with an onsite presence. Compensation range is between $40-55/hr plus full benefits.
Duties
- Analyze, design, develop, and implement HRIS solutions to meet business needs
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and define system specifications
- Configure and maintain HRIS systems, including system upgrades and enhancements
- Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues, providing technical support to end users
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to support HR functions and decision-making
- Ensure data integrity and security within HRIS systems
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR technology
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HRIS Analyst or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and systems.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, VMWare, CSS, PL/SQL, C, and other relevant programming languages.
- Familiarity with server administration and network security protocols (VPN).
- Experience with vulnerability management and assessment tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
