The Human Resources Specialist – HRIS Focus is responsible for maintaining Human Resources records utilizing the HRIS in compliance with applicable Company & legal requirements. Monitors the HRIS workflow items for accuracy & timeliness of completion while ensuring that all necessary actions are completed for weekly payroll processing; and prepares reports and statistics in support of Human Resources operations
Successful candidate must be familiar with Human Resource practices; possess excellent verbal & written communication skills; strong attention to detail and maintains a high level of confidentiality. This position requires strong customer service skills & the ability to communicate with employees at all levels of the Company.
Three years previous experience in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
