Our office in Lincoln, RI is seeking a Sr. HRIS Manager for our Human Resources Data Solutions Team. This position will direct and oversee management of all HRIS systems and the HR Tech staff.
This position will be hybrid, requiring 3 days in office and 2 days work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of all HRIS projects including the customization/configuration, maintenance, testing, training, and upgrades of HRIS software.
- Responsible for the successful implementation of HR’s business requirements as well as the timely and accuracy entry of employee information in the HRIS systems.
- Direct the use of HRIS software in all functional areas to ensure consistency and adherence to the overall design.
- Responsible for the HR attendance system.
- Collaborate with internal partners to identify and suggest analytics needed for business objectives, using system capabilities to efficiently deploy those analytics.
- Manage the HR People Analytics team. Oversee and provide direction on building and improving People Analytics dashboards.
- Responsible for the relationship between Amica and HRIS system vendors. Works closely with HR leadership and Procurement to have Amica’s best interests represented.
- Oversee that data privacy and confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of the HRIS systems which includes the information when it is inside and in transit to our vendors (i.e. reports and files that may be sent out of the company).
- Keep informed of technological trends and new computer software and hardware that may benefit HR.
- Proactively seek opportunities to use additional HRIS functionality to benefit HR’s business needs and workflow.
- Serve as the primary Security Administrator for HRIS systems. Responsible for audit compliance for the HRIS area.
- Responsible for HRIS system security and is the gatekeeper of all HRIS data to protect it and keep it appropriately confidential.
- Accountable for audit compliance and the outcome of internal/external audits of the HRIS area and systems
- Aware of and in compliance with the corporate standards, policies, procedures, and best practices relative to the hardware, software and systems employed within the department, which are not created or controlled by Amica’s IT department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
- Ability to make timely decisions.
- Strong managerial, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- In-depth knowledge and experience with HRIS systems. UKG Pro specific knowledge is preferred.
- Strong data background, particularly related to People Analytics. Microstrategy experience is preferred.
- Exhibits comprehensive understanding of HR business processes and the complementing technology.
- Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Extensive knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
