A Blend of Expertise and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) in HR, Computer Science, or related fields sets the stage for the specialized knowledge required in this role.
• A rich background of five to seven years (5-7) in HRIS/HRIT, focusing on both techno-functional implementation and production support. This includes comprehensive management of Oracle Cloud HCM and its various modules such as Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Help Desk, Talent Management, and Journeys.
• Expertise in data and database management, with a proven ability to work with HCM reports, including but not limited to OTBI, BIP, and FAW.
• A solid grasp of technical skills, including Fast Formula, SQL, Oracle HCM Cloud Security design, and HDL, is essential for success in this role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
