HRIS Manager manages and oversees an organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). Develops, implements, and modifies software and hardware requirements based on changing business requirements. Being a HRIS Manager maintains internal database files and tables, and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of company management and staff. Provides the necessary training to meet end users needs. Additionally, HRIS Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to Director. The HRIS Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. To be a HRIS Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required. (Copyright 2024 Salary.com)

Mission Manager seeks an experienced independent Field Sales Representative to drive sales of its Mission Manager cloud-based software platform.
The position will be based in and serve as Mission Manager’s business development and sales resource throughout the Southeastern United States (FL, GA, AL, MS)(respectively, the “Territory”).
Credentials and Experience
- Minimum five years of direct selling and business development experience in software, first responder, or government funded related industries, showing a demonstrable track record of business-building results in new product introductions and market vertical/segment development
- First responder or emergency management experience, including service as a volunteer or reserve officer with mission leadership experience in law enforcement, fire-fighting, search and rescue, disaster management or EOC operations is extremely helpful.

Compensation
Mission Manager offers a performance based compensation package which includes competitive commission, expense reimbursement, and equity participation plans.
