Synaptics is looking for a Staff HRIS Analyst, Workday to play a significant role in supporting a world class employee experience while ensuring efficiency and scalability in our HR systems. You will have demonstrated experience and real passion for providing support for HR technology systems and programs. This role supports the entire HR tech stack including Workday, Jobvite and associated integrations. You’ll participate in system implementations, configurations, system maintenance and enhancements, and analytics with a continuous improvement mindset. This is a great opportunity for someone who has well developed technical and functional skills to join a team that is passionate about working together and across functions to achieve fantastic results. This position reports to the Director, Compensation & HRIS.
The typical base pay range for this position is USD $108,500 - $170,500 per year. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, equity, and other benefits. Note that compensation listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
