- Work with IT, finance, and other functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration across MCCNO systems.
- Perform comprehensive audits of employee data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency across the HCM system.
- Perform testing process for changes before deployment as appropriate and document changes before and after deployment.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system processes and configurations.
- Create and manage learning materials for end-users, facilitating optimal system utilization.
Leverage advanced analytics, data visualizations, and business intelligence tools by providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.
- Work with IT to obtain data from other internal and external data sources in support of business intelligence initiatives.
- Create intuitive and interactive dashboards and reports that provide real-time and historical metrics tailored to meet the needs of various stakeholders.
