As the HRSS temporary staff, this role entails providing support to the HRSS Analyst team in managing day-to-day operations across multiple systems, including TMS, ATS, and UKG Pro. Additionally, this position involves contributing to cleanup projects within various areas of these systems.

Responsibilities:
- Process password and hierarchy changes in the Talent Management System (TMS).
- Run various prebuilt reports.
- Conduct audits for time off administration, the ATS System, etc.
- Administer user account updates for the Text Recruit system as part of ATS.
- Provide leadership with actionable information through Excel and TMS system reports.
- Handle data corrections for UKG Pro (HCM system).
- Follow process documentation to assist in cleanup efforts within various HR systems.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience.
- Proficient working knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.
