Alsco is seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our top-notch HR team, ultimately providing continuous support of UKG Pro modules as well as support for all HRIS-related systems. You will serve as the main point of contact for most HR technology to ensure system integrity, testing, report writing, and data analyzation flow for process improvement opportunities.     JOB SUMMARY:

    The Senior HRIS Analyst is part of the HRIS team that is responsible for implementation and support of all HRIS related systems. Provides guidance related to data integrity, HR technology, systems, processes, data security and management. Under direction of the Payroll/HRIS Manager this position develops, implements, updates, and maintains the HRIS, associated modules and other HR technology.

    The Senior HRIS Analyst is a subject matter expert in UKG Pro (specifically core, talent, performance, compensation management, recruiting, onboarding, payroll modules and business intelligence). Proven experience in BI Cognos reporting is strongly preferred. Manages integrations, vendor files, and troubleshoots as needed. Ensures ongoing performance, integrity, and security of the organization's HRIS/Payroll technology (UKG), using both internal and external resources. Designs, develops, and deploys dashboards, standardized reports and ad hoc reports related to people data for use by the organization. Leads projects related to the HRIS as directed.

    COMPENSATION:
    $98,000 - $110,000 annually, DOE

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

    • Responsible for day-to-day administration and maintenance of HR technology.
    • Liaises between the company and UKG and handles system escalation needs to achieve resolution.
    • Through classes, reading and other means- continuously increases UKG HRIS application knowledge - core, talent, performance, compensation management, recruiting, onboarding, and payroll modules.
    • Develops HR data analytics, custom BI reports, and dashboards to drive the business.
    • Facilitates the review, testing and implementation of HRIS systems upgrades and/or patches.
    • Creates workflows on employee self-service and manager self-service, in addition to creating training materials for employees, managers to navigate UKG based on company functionality.
    • Maintains data integrity in HR systems by running queries, analyzing data and performing audits. Ensures compliance to IT and HRIS security policies.
    • Maintains awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies.
    • Regularly attends UKG trainings, to maintain subject matter expert knowledge/skills.
    • Serves as strategic lead for design, enhancements, improvements, and system implementation for human resource systems (UKG) and integrations.
    • Serves as a strategic business partner to HR and Payroll as well as other Company Business Partners, and leverages interpersonal skills when working with various customers and peers to effectively and efficiently accomplish goals.
    • Other projects and duties as assigned.

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

    • Advanced UKG Pro (UltiPro) HRIS experience, knowledge and proficiency required.
    • Advanced Cognos Business Intelligence Reporting experience strongly preferred.
    • Demonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency in platform configuration strongly preferred.
    • Demonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency in code filtering strongly preferred.
    • Demonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Advanced UKG Pro (UltiPro) HRIS experience, knowledge and proficiency required.
    • Advanced Cognos Business Intelligence Reporting experience strongly preferred.
    • Demonstrated knowledge and advanced proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Outlook.
    • Must have strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
    • Intermediate experience with Excel (pivot tables, vlookups and formulas).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience.
    • 5-7 years HRIS system experience with including progressive complexity in system administration, maintenance, and reporting. UKG/UltiPro/Kronos or similar system experience preferred.
    • Prior experience implementing/maintaining enterprise level HRIS modules, strongly preferred.

    WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

    • Physical Demands/Requirements: standing, walking, sitting, talking on the phone, occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs, stooping, typing, fine dexterity, hearing and speaking.
    • Typical Environmental Conditions: Typical indoor offices.
    • Travel Requirements: 10-15%
