Role Overview:
The Dayforce HRIS Analyst role will own HRIS applications and modules, including maintaining and implementing configurations, ensuring data integrity, and writing reports. Reporting to the Director of Global People Operations, the Dayforce Administrator will be integral to the successful implementation, configuration, and integration of the Ceridian Dayforce Human Resources Information System (HRIS). You will work closely with internal departments to ensure the seamless integration of Ceridian Dayforce’s HRIS solutions, aligning with business needs and optimizing HR processes.
Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the ongoing system administrative support of HR Systems, and users
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for the Ceridian Dayforce HRIS implementation
- Customize Ceridian Dayforce settings, forms, templates, workflows, and user interfaces to meet specific HR needs
- Generate custom reports and dashboards using the Ceridian Dayforce HRIS system's reporting tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Maintain data integrity related to org structure, change requests, and data imports
- Ensure data security and compliance by adhering to data protection and privacy regulations
- Provide user support for Ceridian Dayforce HRIS-related inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in HRIS implementation, configuration, and integrations, preferably with Ceridian Dayforce
- Ability to handle diverse and confidential information requiring extreme accuracy, and discretion
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including advanced experience in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
