Main Purpose of the Role:
The Human Resources Senior Analyst compiles structures and analyzes data that assists in providing accurate information to improve, correct or streamline HR processes. The HR Senior Analyst's responsibilities span across all functions of HR to include payroll, employee relations and labor budget, however, the focus will be in benefits and compensation. This position collects all relevant data and information and prepares reports and presentations for senior leadership. Responsibilities include the handling of highly sensitive and confidential data with discretion and tact. The HR Senior Analyst is a detail-oriented individual who uses data from internal and external sources to identify trends and develop solutions and/or plans for improvement.
Main Tasks:

Assist with full-service benefits administration, including 401k and FMLA, for all US employees.

Responsible for the preparation and execution of Open Enrollment.

POC for all benefits related questions and issues.

Participate in benefits and compensation surveys.

Conduct compensation market analysis on jobs and provide data-driven recommendations.

Responsible for support of SAP and ADP HRIS systems ensuring accuracy and integration.

Participate in special projects as they arise, including employee data audits and implementation of new HRIS systems.

Analysis and reporting for various HR KPIs and metrics such as onboarding, attrition, exit interviews data compilation to improve existing processes and support decision making.

Prepare Monthly headcount reports and HR scorecard for senior management.

Assist with Ad hoc payroll reports for as needed to include monthly costs associated with specific target groups.

Prepare other HR data analysis as directed by VP, HR.

Responsible for planning and preparing annual budgets for VP, HR review.

Assist in oversight of budget management and administration.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field
- 3-5 years of HR experience
- Track record of being able to execute on assigned goals
- Experience with Office suite software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with managing projects and deadlines
