The ideal candidate will be working on various HRIS projects, creating reports and other analytical needs. What you get to do every single day - Oversee the systems for the hiring process, job postings, screening applicants' resumes, etc. - Administer benefits and open enrollment programs - Maintain employment records for new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations - Assist with making updates to internal policies and procedures under the general guidance of the HR leadership team - Develop orientation and onboarding programs for new employees
