Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative to work at a warehouse. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. This is a great opportunity for someone who is bilingual in English and Spanish and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish (multilingual or bilingual)
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Must be located in Pooler
