Customer Sales & Service Representative:

• Manage relationships with customers, in-person
• Sell services and represent our client's brand
• Serve as the key point of contact for customers
• Develop new customer accounts to increase revenue
• Conduct client visits with new and existing customers
• Educate and engage with our clients
• Create and submit sales reports
• Utilize the best technology the industry can offer like Salesforce for better customer service and sales presentations
• Evaluating each client’s needs, and negotiating successful deals
• Work directly with the management team on individual training and development
• Increase customer satisfaction
• Assists in training or mentoring associates
• Position will interact directly with customers and all levels of management

Skills needed for this position:

• 0-3 years of relevant work experience (working with customers; sales, restaurant and retail experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,929.00 per year
