Call Center-Customer Service Representative 

Salary: $18 - $23/hour up to $400/week in commission

Hours:

Mon-Fri Fri-Mon shifts available 

8am-5pm 10am-7pm shifts available 

Location: 706 W Main St. Plainfield

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must have 2 years of CSR experience.
• Call Center experience 1 years
• Service Titan or home services industry experience (not necessary but a plus)
• Proficiency with computers, especially software applications including, MS Word, email and CMS is a plus
• Engage in active listening, confirm or clarify information, and manage and provide solutions
• Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and decision-making skills
• Detail oriented, consistent, adaptable, and accountable
• Proficiency in problem analysis and problem solving
• Ability to multitask
• Strong attendance
• Build lasting relationships with customers and other call center team members
