HR Data Supervisor supervises the deployment and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Supervisor delivers scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Oversees employee data management processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations and that required reporting and filings are delivered. Premier Data, a well-established data management company, is seeking to hire independent contractors to commute to the courthouse and collect tax lien and judgment data in Kanawha County. This position pays an average of $20.00 per hour. However, it is productivity-based, and pay is commensurate with how diligent you are. This is a 1099 position, and the company does not offer benefits or paid holidays. All payments will be made via direct deposit every week.
To qualify, candidates must have a computer with internet access, a minimum of 5 years of data entry experience, and the ability to type at least 50 words per minute with a high level of accuracy.
