Technical Site Supervisor
Overview: As a Technical Site Supervisor reporting to the Field Services Manager, your role is centered around three focus areas: Service Excellence, Team Leadership, and Operational Management. You will lead a team of Field Service Technicians to deliver exceptional on-site service and support for various technologies while ensuring alignment with departmental goals and initiatives. Your responsibilities span from mentoring and training team members to analyzing ticket data maintaining high standards of service delivery and team performance.

· Proven experience in field service operations, with a minimum of 5-10 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
· Strong technical aptitude and expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining technical equipment and systems.
· Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team of field service technicians.
· Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
· Strong working knowledge of technologies including Windows Server OS, Microsoft 365 and Azure Platforms, Microsoft Exchange server, Windows Desktop OS, Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), Networking (Switching and Routing), Firewall installation and configuration, Wireless networking solutions, Windows Active Directory administration, Azure Active Directory/Intune administration, and line of business application support and vendor management.
· Experience utilizing tools such as remote management and monitoring, ticketing systems, and technical knowledge bases.
· Hold and actively maintain two relevant certifications in applicable technologies, demonstrating a commitment to staying current with industry standards.
· Ability to adapt to change seamlessly and maintain self-motivation in a fast-paced environment.
· Valid driver’s license and willingness to work after-hours and weekends as required.
