HR Data Supervisor supervises the deployment and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Supervisor delivers scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Oversees employee data management processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations and that required reporting and filings are delivered. Additionally, HR Data Supervisor evaluates, selects, and manages HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The HR Data Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an HR Data Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Overview: As a Technical Site Supervisor reporting to the Field Services Manager, your role is centered around three focus areas: Service Excellence, Team Leadership, and Operational Management. You will lead a team of Field Service Technicians to deliver exceptional on-site service and support for various technologies while ensuring alignment with departmental goals and initiatives. Your responsibilities span from mentoring and training team members to analyzing ticket data maintaining high standards of service delivery and team performance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service Excellence:
    • Deliver top-notch on-site service and support for various technologies, prioritizing client satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.
    • Identify opportunities for optimizing client infrastructure and ensuring systems are up-to-date and functioning optimally.
    • Analyze ticketing data to identify trends, improve resolution times, and generate performance reports for review by the Field Services Manager.
    • Team Leadership:
    • Provide mentorship and oversight to the Field Engineering and Service Desk team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
    • Design, develop, and implement training programs to address skill gaps and enhance team capabilities, collaborating with the Field Services Manager and Human Resources on employee development initiatives.
    • Partner with Field Services Manager and Human Resources on hiring initiatives, participating in interviews, and providing input on candidate selection.
    • Attend manager meetings to provide insights and updates on service operations, share key performance metrics, and collaborate with other departments to address cross-functional challenges and opportunities.
    • Operational Management:
    • Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, utilizing strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to resolve challenges efficiently.
    • Collaborate with the Field Services Manager to align team objectives with departmental goals and initiatives, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
    • Manage the departmental budget assigned by the Field Services Manager, ensuring financial resources are allocated efficiently and in accordance with organizational priorities.
    • Uphold standards for office upkeep, equipment maintenance, and professional conduct, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
    • Partner with Operations Manager and Human Resources on employee engagement and event coordination initiatives.
    • Review timesheets to track team members' working hours and ticket documentation.
    • Approve PTO requests in accordance with company policies and staffing requirements.

    Qualifications:

    · Proven experience in field service operations, with a minimum of 5-10 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

    · Strong technical aptitude and expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining technical equipment and systems.

    · Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team of field service technicians.

    · Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders.

    · Strong working knowledge of technologies including Windows Server OS, Microsoft 365 and Azure Platforms, Microsoft Exchange server, Windows Desktop OS, Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), Networking (Switching and Routing), Firewall installation and configuration, Wireless networking solutions, Windows Active Directory administration, Azure Active Directory/Intune administration, and line of business application support and vendor management.

    · Experience utilizing tools such as remote management and monitoring, ticketing systems, and technical knowledge bases.

    · Hold and actively maintain two relevant certifications in applicable technologies, demonstrating a commitment to staying current with industry standards.

    · Ability to adapt to change seamlessly and maintain self-motivation in a fast-paced environment.

    · Valid driver’s license and willingness to work after-hours and weekends as required.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
