HR Data Supervisor supervises the deployment and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Supervisor delivers scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Oversees employee data management processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations and that required reporting and filings are delivered. Additionally, HR Data Supervisor evaluates, selects, and manages HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The HR Data Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. About the Position: Hughes County is looking for a Mental Health Clinician to provide mental health care to a special population of inmates with mental illness, intellectual and developmental disabilities and high risk for suicide and self-injury. housed in the Hughes County Jail. The position will play a crucial role in providing assessment, treatment, and support to incarcerated individuals dealing with various mental health challenges. The work will contribute to the overall well-being and rehabilitation of the Hughes County incarcerated population.
