HR Data Supervisor supervises the deployment and administration of operational processes used to deliver HR programs and projects. Collaborates with stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project management of HR program implementations and initiatives like compensation, benefits, performance management, or training. Being an HR Data Supervisor delivers scalable methodologies and tools to optimize HR operations and streamline core processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and others that make up the employment life-cycle. Oversees employee data management processes to ensure that data is secure and maintained consistent with company policies and privacy regulations and that required reporting and filings are delivered. Additionally, HR Data Supervisor evaluates, selects, and manages HR process outsourcing vendors and contracts. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The HR Data Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an HR Data Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Locum Tenens Dentist Opportunity:
- Monday - Friday
- Full-time, 13 week contract with extension possibilities!

Locum Tenens Dentist Responsibilities:
- The dentist reviews medical histories at every visit, enters data into the chart and signs all treatment provided.
- Examines patient to determine nature of condition.
- Removes patient from pain and infection.
- Charts and reports to the patient all pathologic conditions.
- Develops a written treatment plan and explains all options to the patient.
- Notes on the treatment plan the approximate number of visits and the time to complete care.
- Extracts diseased teeth, caps injured teeth and fills cavities.
- Instructs assigned dental assistants in chair side, laboratory, sterilization, and radiology procedures.
Locum Tenens Dentist Requirements:
- Graduate of a United States accredited school of dentistry
- Licensure as a Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) by the State of Illinois
